There are six one-bedroom, twelve two-bedroom, twelve three-bedroom and fourteen four bedroom apartments; most have fireplaces and balconies.

Each apartment also has a twenty-seven inch (or larger) color TV with stand. All of our apartments include a basic furniture package at no extra cost (includes couch, beds, dresseres, desks, and a dining room set. Off-street parking is available for a yearly fee per parking space. Each apartment pays a Solid Waste Fee (approx.$52.00 per apt./ year). The spacious bedrooms are large enough to accommodate double occupancy, allowing for a lower per person cost. On-site laundry facilities make wash day a breeze.
