Campus Hill Apartments is locally owned and managed by Kimball Real Estate, the oldest real estate company in Ithaca. We have been in business since 1948 and we pride ourselves on our extensive and intimate knowledge of Cornell University's residential community. We are currently in our fourth generation of apartment management. The owners are both Cornellians and have a long history of affiliation with the Big Red. Now Renting for 2012-2013!
